Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that currently, all items and gift cards are unexchangeable, non-refundable and deemed final sale. To have the best Aegean Apparel experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item’s description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up (when possible) when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm for correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address and payment information to prevent errors as Aegean Apparel is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
Each item that leaves our warehouse is subjected to a 3-point quality control check by one of our Warehouse Specialists prior to shipment. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if you feel the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store Credit will be issued at Aegean Apparel’s discretion for all claims addressed. Aegean Apparel is not responsible for damage to your package/merchandise during shipping.
If you've received an incorrect style or an item you believe to be defective, please send pictures of the item and/or alleged defect, along with your order number to contactus@aegeanapparel.com within 2 days of item being delivered. A representative will be happy to respond within 2 days. By completing a purchase with Aegean Apparel, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.

Aegean Apparel cannot guarantee receipt of your returned merchandise. Shipment tracking is available for customer purchase through the shipping agent (UPS, USPS, etc.).
