Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns/Refunds

Each item that leaves our warehouse is subjected to a quality control check and is inspected by one of our Warehouse Specialist prior to shipment. Refund requests will be honored on merchandise returned within 30 days from the date you received your order (not the date you purchased your order).  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the original packaging, item must be unused, and the item must be in the same condition that you received it. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of your refund request status.   Please email us at contactus@aegeanapparel.com to initiate the return process. 

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days of the approval date. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are gladly offered to defective merchandise within 90 days from the date you received your order (not the date you purchased your order).  We will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.  If the item is no longer available, you will receive a replacement of equal value.  Contact us at contactus@aegeanapparel.com to initiate the return process. 

 

Gifts


If the approved item being returned was marked as a gift when purchased OR ordered by someone else and shipped directly to you from the purchaser, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received in our warehouse, a gift certificate will be emailed/mailed to you.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If your return has been approved for a refund and you haven’t received it yet, please allow up to 14 days. Credit Card companies and banks require processing time. If you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at contactus@aegeanapparel.com.

 

Non-refundable items 

Gift cards, sale items and shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

 

Shipping Returns

Products being returned should be mailed to 768 S. Los Angeles St.  Los Angeles, CA 9001-2108. Please contact us at contactus@aegeanapparel.com to initiate the return process and receive your return shipping label.  Aegean Apparel cannot guarantee receipt of your returned merchandise.  Shipment tracking is available for customer purchase through the shipping agent (UPS, USPS, etc.).
