Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping Aegean Apparel. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

We may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes.  Please verify at checkout if the carrier you selected delivers to PO Boxes. All orders are typically processed within two (2) operating business days. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. You can select your preferred shipping time at checkout. Please carefully consider processing time when selecting desired arrival of shipment. Orders are not shipped on holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. For security reasons, an adult signature may be required upon delivery on certain orders. If you are unavailable to sign for receipt of your package, please contact the shipping agent you selected (UPS, USPS, etc.) at checkout and arrange to have your order held at a nearby location for pickup. 

 

  

International Orders:
All orders originating from outside of the 48 contiguous states (i.e., Alaska and Hawaii), US Protectorates (i.e., American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.)), APO/FPO (Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office), and all other countries will be shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). For our shipping partners to effectively deliver your order and to prevent any shipping delays, we ask that you provide the shipping address in English alphabet characters.  Delivery times may vary depending upon the type of shipping service and location.  IMPORTANT NOTES: In addition to your shipping cost, customers/recipients are responsible for all import duties, fees, and applicable VAT (Value-Added Tax). Our products are subject to a VAT of up to 16% of the retail price of goods for duties. The actual percentage varies depending on the item and the country of destination. If you choose standard international shipping, your local post office will contact you when the shipment arrives and will inform you of the total cost of any duties. Usually, an item cannot be delivered or given to you without paying duties or taxes (if applicable).  Aegean Apparel cannot provide any information regarding the cost of any duty tax.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us, Aegean Apparel will notify you.  Aegean Apparel is not responsible for any reshipment fees.  Customers can contact the following carriers for international shipping assistance:

Lost Packages

For domestic orders within the continental US, please allow 7 business days after your scheduled delivery date before initiating a claim. If after 7 days you still have not received your package, contact Aegean Apparel at contactus@aegeanapparel.com to initiate a claim.  Claim resolution can take up to 21 days.

 

Lost International Packages

For international orders, please allow 21 business days after your scheduled delivery date before initiating a claim. If after 21 days you still have not received your package, it will be your responsibility to contact the carrier you chose and provide them with the information needed to assist you (i.e., tracking number). 

 

Stolen Packages

If your package has been delivered, yet stolen from your property, please file a police report and submit that to your credit card company.  Aegean Apparel cannot assume responsibility for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address.  For items undelivered or lost-in-transit, please contact our office within five (5) business days so we can investigate claim options with the shipping agent you selected
