Wow.  If you, like me thought that true customer service was deader than a door nail, then have I got news for you!  It is alive and well at Aegean Apparel.  I bought the softest most comfortable pajamas for my wife a number of years ago.  They are made from bamboo and she wears them all the time.  With her birthday coming up, I thought it would be great to buy her another pair but in another color.  So, I called them and ended up speaking with the most delightful and helpful person, Brianne.  Without going into too much detail, she went way out of her way to help me.  After being in business for over 20 years, I have noticed with profound regret the rather rapid decline in customer service.  We all get processed as opposed to serviced.  If you don't know the difference between the two, then the business world has successfully managed your expectations downward.  What a shame.  If you want to know what it feels like when a company truly cares about its customers, then buy something from Aegean Apparel.  They win the Triple Crown when it comes to great customer service, quick response time and quality products & selection

I own my own online retail site, and have been looking to expand its product line into sleepwear. It took me almost eight months to find a company that I could trust and that was Aegean Apparel. I spoke to a woman named Naile on the phone over a dozen times and I always felt like my business was top priority. I ended up choosing a couple of P.J. styles that I thought would take off, and I was right. Their Turkish craftsmanship even translates well online. I am almost out of stock now and will be happy to reorder.

I recently ordered about 50 pieces from Aegean Apparel for a giveaway on my blog. I only delt with knowledgeable people, I didn’t experience any of the usual bumps while ordering from a company that manufactures outside of the U.S. and there was no price fluctuation. In the past I have been quoted one number, then ultimately charged double or triple that. This was not the case with Aegean. I will be returning.

I do work at a company that styles celebrities, so we need about ten different options of everything you can think of, even pajamas. I was actually referred to Aegean Apparel by a friend who told me that they had some great products. When I called, I spoke to a girl who sent me a paper catalog of only the items that fit my requirements. Most companies will not create a personalized catalog for just one order. I received it quickly in the mail, and decided to pick out a few different styles in a lot of sizes. The whole package was literally on my desk in less than a week, and my entire order was correct. I even got a call the next day to make sure the order was to my liking and if everything was running smoothly. Aegean is a pleasure to work with!

When I saw those solid velour bathrobes, I knew I had to have one. I don’t work for a company or anything, I just wanted to buy one solid velour bathrobe in white. I emailed Aegean from their website, and I was contacted with an email in about four hours (quick timing!). I explained my situation, this was for my wife’s birthday and this is exactly what she wanted. This bathrobe came in the mail two days later. I was so surprised, wholesalers normally will not ship one piece out to a random guy, and they didn’t charge me my 401k for the hassle. Long story short, my wife has a lovely white bathrobe and I am a fan of Aegean Apparel.

My wife and I organize a fund raiser every year to help disabled children. We always put together a relatively inexpensive dinner, dessert, cocktail, and gift bag for four hundred dollars a head, with all proceeds going to charity. I contacted Aegean Apparel with the possibility of adding one of their monogrammed bathrobes to the gift bag and they were extremely helpful. I got an amazing price on 600 pieces and we raised more money than ever this year. Thank you Aegean Apparel.

I just wanted to comment on your customer service. At the company I'm with now, I almost always work over the phone with wholesale company reps that either rush me through everything or are constantly forgetting specifics and misreading orders. Two months ago, I had contacted someone through this website and instead of being passed around like usual, your customer service rep walked me through the buying process step by step. She was very nice, polite, and there wasn't any type of the usual language barrier (dealing with wholesale companies almost always means a language barrier for me). The products are all made in Turkey and I was extremely surprised with the quick turn around time. The specifics of my order did change (it was my company's fault) about a week after sending, but the corrections were sent directly to your Turkish factory and it didn't delay my receive date at all. After about 30 years in this industry, I am convinced that chivalry is not dead at Aegean Apparel. I look forward to dealing with you and your company again.

One of our companies placed a fairly large holiday order with Aegean Apparel not too long ago, which put us in an extreme time crunch. After talking to one of their sales associates, I was assured that my order would ship and get to me on time. These people really keep their promises! Aegean let me track my order and now I know that it will reach my warehouse exactly when I need it to. I own a pretty small ski lodge hotel in Alaska, and we get a ton of people around Christmas. I was looking to do a little extra for my guests and decided that high quality bathrobes would be perfect.
